We happily accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express,and PayPal. All orders are processed through PayPal, but please note that you do not require a PayPal account to process your order!
TAXES
CANADIAN ORDERS
All provinces in Canada (except for NL, NB, NS) are subject to 5% GST (Goods & Services Tax). Orders from NL, NB & NS are subject to 13% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax). For all customers located in Ontario, 13% (Harmonized Sales Tax) will be applied to your order.
UNITED STATES ORDERS
Federal and Provincial taxes will not be charged on items shipped outside of Canada. However, please note that orders placed from the United States will be responsible for any duty or customs charges that may apply to their orders.
SHIPPING
To ensure speedy delivery of your items we will process your order within 48 hours of receiving payment. For items that are in-stock, your order will be shipped via Canada Post within 5 business days. If we cannot process your order within this time we will notify you accordingly. In some cases your purchase will be shipped directly from the supplier and therefore please allow approximately 2 weeks for delivery.
All shipping fees include insurance, tracking number and fuel surcharges. HST will be applied to all shipping costs within Canada.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COST INFORMATION
Some exceptions to the above stated shipping fees may occur. Larger and oversize items can be more expensive to ship than smaller orders. Orders shipped to more remote areas may also incur additional charges. If shipping charges are more expensive than indicated on your order, you will be contacted by phone or by email prior to shipping for you to approve any shipping surcharge.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We will make every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase! If for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 10 days after receiving the product. Returns will be accepted for refund or store credit, less shipping and handling charges. Product must be in new and re-saleable condition.
To return a product you must first obtain a return authorization number by e-mailing your request to info@tummiestushiesandtoddlers.com and stating the reason for the return. Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer and we will not accept a return without a return authorization number.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Naturally for health and hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns on some products unless the product is clearly defective. These products include, but are not limited to: pacifiers, bottles, breast pumps, nursing pads, teethers, thermometers, lotions and powders. There are no returns on custom order or clearance items.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We do make every effort to ensure that your purchases are delivered in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 10 business days to report the problem.
CANCELING AN ORDER
All in-stock orders will ship within 5 business days. Please contact us within the first 24 hours after placing your order. If the item has already shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order. In such an event, refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy above.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
Any order refused is charged a $20.00 fee and customer is responsible for any other costs that occur during the delivery process.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost.
